Hutt City Gardens has 6 floors of accommodation. The rooms vary in size, and can be furnished or unfurnished to suit individual needs. Prices range from $180 to $360 per week including power and 5GB of internet for long term accommodation.
The building is fully secure with a key tag swipe system to the front and back door and security cameras on all levels including the ground floor.
The laundry facility has
free washing machine use, and coin-operated driers.
There is a computer
in the entry foyer with free access to the internet, and telephone for making
free local calls. A fax / photocopying facility is available at reception
Optional: chargeable services
All rooms are setup for sky and telephone connections, tenants use their own
providers.
On request, some uncovered car parking is available at the rear of the building,
at $30 per week. Other sites close by are also available.
Situated in the heart of the Lower Hutt CBD, Hutt City Gardens is within easy
walking distance of Lower Hutt City's fine restaurants and eating houses,
a Countdown supermarket, Westfield Queensgate Shopping Mall with its
9-Cinema Complex, and much more.
There is a 15 minute walk to Melling / Waterloo Railway Stations, on the
Hutt-Wellington commuter train line.
A bus service runs through the centre of Lower Hutt starting at Westfield
Queensgate Shopping Mall.
Our House Manager is available from 8:30am - 7:00pm Monday - Friday
and 10:00am - 2:00pm Saturday

work from our local, very young, up-and-coming
artists - a feature that is generating a great deal of interest with passers
by!
