Hutt City Gardens Queens Drive is a 3 level building with the ground floor being retail, first and second floors being accommodation, and the third floor being commercial. The residencial rooms vary in size, and can be furnished or unfurnished to suit individual needs. Prices range from $210 to $380 per week including power and 5GB internet for long term accommodation.

There is a laundry room on the first floor with 2x coin operated washing machine / drier combo units.

There is a computer on the first floor with free access to the internet, and telephone for making free local calls. A fax / photocopying facility is available at the Andrews Ave reception (5 Andrews Ave, Lower Hutt).

Optional: chargeable services
All rooms are setup for sky and telephone connections, tenants use their own providers.

A covered carpark is available next door.
