1. Do you have car parking available?

No we have no car parks available. However, there is a secure, covered car park next door with 24hr access for long term rental.

2. Do you provide furniture?

Yes, we can let the rooms furnished, semi-furnished or unfurnished.

3. Can we connect Sky TV / Internet / Telephone?

Each room comes with 5GB (wireless) per month included in their rent. All rooms are sky / internet / telephone ready. Please enquire at Hutt City Gardens, 5 Andrews Ave reception for setting up a connection.

5. Do you have laundry facilities?

Yes, we have a laundry room on the first floor with 2x coin operated washing machine / drier combo units.

6. How do i apply for a room?

Contact us using the form on the left hand side. We will then reply to your email to arrange a time to view and take you through the application process.

7. How much do i pay to sign up?

Bond is 3 weeks rent, and you pay a week's rent in advance

8. Where is the reception for the Queens Drive building?

Both Hutt City Gardens buildings (5 Andrews Ave and 45 Queens Drive) are run out of the 5 Andrews Ave building where you will find the reception on the ground floor.
